Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Resolve Agency Ltd. ("Resolve CX") for support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services (The "Invisible Agency")

Resolve CX provides a "done-for-you" customer support model. We utilize autonomous AI agents and human specialists to interact with your customers. You acknowledge that "zero operational involvement" is a goal achieved through proper technical integration during the onboarding period.

3. Fees and Partnership Models

Engagement fees are based on the selected model (Pilot, Scale, or Enterprise). Standard Pilot periods are 30 days. Scale models are month-to-month and require 30 days' notice for cancellation. Enterprise models are subject to separate annual master service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

While our "Neural Brain" architecture remains the property of Resolve CX, all knowledge base configurations, customer interaction logs, and brand-specific training outcomes belong to the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Resolve CX strives for 100% accuracy in customer interactions. However, we are not liable for incidental damages resulting from automated AI responses or human error, provided we maintain our contractual service level agreements (SLAs).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
