Last Updated: January 20, 2026

1. Purpose

If you want to access, delete, or withdraw consent for data processed by Resolve CX, this page explains how to submit a request. We support requests from our clients and their end users in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

2. Information to Include

To help us verify your identity and locate records, please include:

  • Request Type: Access, deletion, correction, or withdrawal of consent.
  • Account Identifiers: Email address, ticket ID, or platform username associated with your request.
  • Client Relationship: The brand you contacted, if your request relates to a client-managed support interaction.

3. Verification Process

We may request additional details to confirm your identity or verify authorization from the client. This helps protect your data from unauthorized access.

4. Response Timelines

We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete requests within 30 days, unless extended by law or complexity. We will notify you if more time is required.

5. Impact of Data Withdrawal

Deleting data may limit our ability to provide certain services or historical support context. We may retain minimal records when legally required for compliance, security, or audit purposes.

6. Submit a Request

Email your request to privacy@resolvecx.io. If you are a client of Resolve CX, your account manager can assist with coordinating requests on your behalf.
